Northern Diversified Solutions was founded in 2019 in Minnesota by Founder and CEO Kyle Marinkovich with the purpose of helping others live happier, healthier lives through crafting hemp-derived, functional specialty ingredients.     Kyle Marinkovich

    With over two decades of experience in food ingredients and specialty supply chains, Kyle brings a customer first approach, built on the standards of the conventional food and beverage ingredient industry to the hemp derived market. A former Cargill executive, he founded Northern Diversified Solutions to build a vertically integrated ingredient platform delivering safe, high quality, traceable, GMP-manufactured hemp ingredients and emulsions. Kyle leads NDS with a focus on risk management, scalable solutions, and predictable execution for beverage brands and co-packers, and serves on Minnesota’s Office of Cannabis Management Cannabis Advisory Council and the board of the U.S. Hemp Roundtable.

    Renato Krsnik

    Renato oversees operations at Northern Diversified Solutions, responsible for manufacturing accuracy, efficiency, and food-grade compliance across the organization. He leads NDS’s operations team with a focus on cGMP processes, safety, and batch-level consistency to ensure reliable, high-quality hemp THC emulsions. Renato’s operational leadership supports NDS’s vertically integrated model and ensures predictable execution as the company scales.

    Scott leads sales and commercial strategy at Northern Diversified Solutions, working with beverage brands and co-packers to scale using fully traceable, food-grade hemp THC emulsions. He brings over two decades of experience in revenue leadership and national account growth within regulated markets. Since joining NDS in 2020, Scott has helped expand the company’s commercial footprint by reinforcing its vertically integrated model, predictable pricing, and execution-focused customer support.
